A Love Bouqet from the North Sea

308422-167543-thumbnail.jpgThe nicest moment you could ever get is when you received something at times you least expect it. Today i have a bad bad flu and i need to spend my saturday (and probably sunday) at home to let me body to recover. As surprised as I can be, when I went downstairs I saw this beautiful bouqet of white flowers (daisy/lily?... help me out here please, i'm very lack of knowledge on flowers).. It says in the card:

"sayaaaaaaang, 6 months, congrats to us! Really looking to spend the next 999 months with you.... All the love, Marthijn"

It made me melt.. of course I knew that tomorrow (11Sept2005) is our half year anniversary, but i did not expect he's going to spend sometime to buy me flowers and send it to Jakarta while I am very much aware that he is extremely busy with his project in one of the NOrth Sea gas platforms!

Yes, it is a pitty that we have been married for 6 months but did not make it yet to live together in one place. We are working on it now and big progress is on the way, so hopefully, Insya Allah, will be together very soon. These flowers really make my day, btw. I expected it would be just a lazy slimey day, but somehow it turned out to be a flowery bright day (still slimey, though), and although i still need to stay at home for my flu, i feel like enjoying the day and celebrating our love..

It is funny how a bouqet of flowers can really turn my feeling up, because today I feel so close to him and dont feel the 15000km anymore... :)
